Not to lose weight, necessarily, but to provide my body with the right fuel.  If I lose a few pounds, that will be an added bonus.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One way I am going to attempt this is through a food diary.  I think I do some things right, like getting enough fruits &amp; vegetables, but I am pretty sure I do not consume enough lean protein. Like that huge part of the population, I am also making fitness  a goal for 2007.  However, I don't call them "resolutions" any more, as that tends to be linked with failure!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My plan to achieve these goals is simple:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1) Set exact weight loss plans for the end of January and February, not just say "I'm going to lose weight."&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2) Start using the Diet Master software that will track what I eat and the calories involved. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;3) Do weights 3 times a week and aerobics 2 times a week.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;4) THINK about what I eat and only eat ONE, not two servings.
